Alumni activity reporting

If you receive funding from SI, you need to report back two weeks after each alumni activity has taken place. What you report is what we report back to the Swedish Government and communicate to stakeholders – your reporting matters!

Your reporting is important

The financial resources funding alumni activities come from Sweden’s foreign aid budget which means that it is tax money. Therefore, the exact use and reporting of these grants is crucial. It is also a way for SI to stay updated on what is going on in the global Sweden alumni network.

Remember:

  • To submit your report via the form at the bottom of the page
  • To report two weeks after finished alumni activity, at the latest
  • That you cannot apply for a new grant before the report of a previous grant has been submitted to and approved by SI
  • To use the budget and financial reporting template from the beginning of your activity planning to final reporting

Reporting includes following components:

  • Achievements of activity goals
  • List of participants List of participants template 2023
  • Final programme of the event (as sent out to members and other participants)
  • 3- 5 pictures verifying the activity
  • Budget and final expenses of the event, including copies of receipts Financial reporting template 2023
  • Current balance
  • Link to any video clips of the activity
  • Links/copies of any media coverage and/or social media posts
  • Feedback and comments
