By means of a short documentary, the project will demonstrate the strength of refugee women and make their voice heard about the challenges they face in their search for work in Turkey. Our aim is to create a tailor-made method and tools by organising workshops, doing interviews and providing them with career handbooks. There are very a few channels or initiatives to support the refugee women, something which undermines pluralism and gender equality in Turkey.
