The EGAP programme strengthens democratic governance and supports EU alignment in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Designed for decision-makers in municipal organisations, it equips participants with the knowledge and tools to lead governance reforms in line with EU standards.
The programme includes two modules: an online preparatory module introducing EU governance frameworks and integration principles, followed by an on-site module in Sweden featuring interactive workshops, study visits and peer learning with Swedish experts.
A key element is the mini-project, where participants apply their learning by designing and implementing governance and accountability initiatives within their organisations. This hands-on approach ensures practical impact and fosters sustainable reforms and regional cooperation.
