This programme equips young professionals in the EU Eastern Partnership region with the knowledge and tools to drive gender equality reforms in research, governance and leadership. Building on the EU Gender Equality Strategy 2020–2025, participants learn how to design and implement effective equality strategies within their organisations.
The training focuses on integrating gender considerations into policies, improving gender balance in leadership and promoting inclusivity in decision-making. Through three comprehensive modules, participants gain practical skills to align governance practices with EU standards, contributing to sustainable change and EU integration.
