Organised by Linköping University and the University of Tartu, STRIDE supports early to mid-career professionals in public administration, policymaking and civil society to advance democratic governance. The programme focuses on digital transformation and leadership, drawing on best practices from Sweden and Estonia.
Participants explore key issues such as AI ethics, surveillance, institutional trust and digital inclusion, while gaining practical tools to strengthen governance. Combining online learning with on-site sessions in Sweden and Estonia, STRIDE offers expert-led workshops, study visits and networking opportunities to foster cross-border collaboration and build a more inclusive, resilient democracy.
