We will continue to encourage and build the capacity of Moscow LGBT activists to use culture as an LGBT awareness raising tool and as a means to empower the LGBT community in Moscow. To achieve this we will facilitate and deepen cooperation and exchanges of experience between Russian and Swedish activists/experts working in similar fields. With our local partner we will again organize the LGBT ArtFest in Moscow – OpenArt – and use last year’s experiences to improve the event.
