The project aims to increase knowledge about how to strengthen tolerance and respect for LGBT-persons in Turkey by means of an exchange of ideas between representatives of LGBT-organizations, academicians, journalists and politicians.
Emphasis will be on the role of media and popular culture in achieving change. Estimated results are a better understanding of how tolerance and quality of life for LGBT-persons can be increased.
