This programme empowers emerging leaders in Eastern Partnership countries to drive democratic change and align their organisations with EU standards and values. While participants are already capable, the transformation they seek often requires innovative, transparent and inclusive approaches that engage a broad range of stakeholders.
Through intensive classroom and practical exercises, participants strengthen their skills in collaborative problem-solving and decision-making for realistic and sustainable change processes. The programme uses SSE’s proven ChangeLive methodology and value-creating negotiation techniques to help participants design broadly accepted social arrangements.
Guided by experienced coaches, participants learn to overcome resistance, navigate competing interests and turn good ideas into actionable projects.
