The results will be to give young people better possibilities and raise their interest in building a rural future.
The short term objectives of this project
To connect rural youth organisations and innovation support organisations in a strong and active partnership to gather best practice and experience in both youth involvement and innovation support from the Baltic Sea states. By participating in each other´s activities within the partnership, good models and methods will be gathered to create a joint learning and knowledge transfer. In the end the methods and best practice will be presented and discussed with politicians and decision makers at regional and local level in all the Baltic Sea states.
The long term objectives
The aim is to present the Baltic Sea Region for the whole EU as a forerunner and the best example in youth involvement and innovation support for rural areas through a functioning and active partnership of youth organisations and rural development organisations, with a constant cooperation for knowledge exchange and learning.
This is a flagship project in the Baltic Sea Strategy.
