The aim of the project is to empower local governments in Lviv to enhance human rights and EU integration through inclusive, barrier-free urban governance. It addresses the specific needs of veterans and individuals with disabilities, who seek rehabilitation and support.
A challenge the project addresses is the integration of veterans and people with disabilities into the social and economic fabric of Ukraine. Veterans often face difficulties in reintegration due to physical injuries, psychological trauma, and a lack of suitable employment opportunities.
The training programme combines theory with a high level of practice, including lectures, seminars and workshops with experts.
