Discussions: “Tjolahopp!” for professionals

The role of children’s creativity is a key issue, both on an individual and social level. As professionals working in the cultural sphere, how can we help to awaken and preserve children’s natural curiosity, which is the basis of all creativity?

The Institut Suédois is organising discussions focusing on this important issue, each focusing on a particular subject. How can a library be organised so that it appeals to children? How can new technologies contribute to creative learning? What happens when we treat children as equals in the creative process? Perspectives, methods and tools will be presented and discussed in the presence of Swedish and French specialists.

Programme designed for professionals and students.
A detailed programme will be posted soon on this page.
By the way, “Tjolahopp !” is the joyful word exclaimed by Pippi Longstocking, Astrid Lindgren’s intrepid heroine.
