We will encourage and build the capacity of Moscow LGBT activists to use culture as an LGBT awareness-raising tool, and as a means to empower the LGBT community in Moscow. To achieve this we will facilitate exchanges of experience, training courses and networking of Russian, and Swedish activists/experts who are working in similar fields. With our local partner we will organise a first ever LGBT ArtFest in Moscow, and produce a documentary that discuss LGBT rights and art activism.
