The project objective is to introduce new attitudes and methods in the practice of the Belarusian CSOs and professionals working with the preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage.
This is a preparatory stage for a bigger project aimed at the development and delivery of on-line education courses on the appropriation, re-thinking, artistic interpretation and utilization of a complex and sensitive cultural heritage. It will develop videos, animations and cartoons as a way to illustrate existing models and practices.
