Social media for youth councils

We want to establish conctact between the youth councils of Murmansk and Luleå municipalities. The plan is to visit Luleå and Murmansk and have a 3-day contact-making seminar. At the seminar we will  discuss how youth councils work with social media and use it to provide greater opportinities for democratic involvement and active citizenship of young men and women. We will also examine how social networks can be used by young people to shape their lives and their society and to promote greater transparency.
