Nordic look: Internal power of art as a tool for change

We want to strenghthen democracy and human rights in North-West Russia and Sweden by working together in a project which aims to have a positive influence for vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities. In the project the partners from Sweden and Russian will exchange their experience of working with media in new ways as a means of combatting prejudice against people with disabilities. The project will include study visits, workshops, a documentary film festival and the dissemination of project findings to the target groups. This is all part of the process of democratization to raise the level of social inclusion for disabled people.
