We need to challenge the stereotyped portrayal of women to ensure that there is a gender balance in society as a whole.
This project will work to increase awareness about and counter the stereotypical way in which women are portrayed in the Ukrainian media. We will be working with female artists in a workshop by means of analysis of visual media, discussion and practical assignments. A video will be made of the project which will include interviews with the project leaders and participants. A network will be created between the participants.
