Syrian refugee girls and women in Lebanon face severe challenges. They are isolated; they risk physical, psychological and sexual violence and child marriages; and many show signs of severe psychosocial distress. The project aims to improve the situation using creative/arts-based methods and social therapy to empower girls/women by improving their psychosocial health, creating networks to reduce isolation and providing new means of expression, while working with both men and women.
