The project will conduct a one-day workshop in Poltava for 30 Ukrainian cultural workers and two invited experts (Sweden, Belarus). The aim of the workshop is to improve the participants’ understanding of the spectrum of challenges they face and to equip them with knowledge and concrete tools that they can apply in their work. We want to empower cultural workers in their daily work with the local community to strengthen their ability to be a driving force for democratisation – using culture as a method for change.
