Access to sufficient and qualitative water is a major problem in Moldova. There are no public sources of water in Moldova that fulfill satisfactory sanitary standards, making this an important issue to address. Water is today treated as an economic good rather than a social and cultural one. Through art, this project will investigate the challenges and opportunities of having access to clean drinking water.
