Queer Voices International Film Festival is a four day film festival that encompasses film screenings, a seven day documentary filmmaking workshop and other cultural side events that address pertinent queer issues and bring awareness to stand for the lgbtq rights. Through this project we offer to the target groups non-discriminatory and non-hierarchical storytelling perspectives that will encourage them to turn into actors of change and narrators in breaking the monopoly of heteronormative cinematic discourse in the Moldovan cultural dialogue.
