Participate in the #PlasticFreeWeekSI by sending an inspirational picture of your plastic free living to swedenmozalumni@gmail.com.
Instructions:
- Take a picture of how you are reducing or stopping the consumption of single use plastics.
- Email the picture together with a description of it and your contact details to swedenmozalumni@gmail.com and mark the email “Plastic Free photo competition”. Deadline: 23 September 2023

Rules:
- Only 1 image per person can be submitted.
- The image should be of high quality, preferably over 1mb in size.
- Each image shall be accompanied with a caption (max 100 words) describing how what you are doing reduces the consumption of singe use plastics.
- Include your name and contact details in the email.
- No photo of children taken by anybody else but their parent are allowed.
- Once sent to us in the alumni network the Swedish Institute has the right to use all submitted images on its social media platforms and website.
