With its six chapters in Bengaluru, Kerala, Maharashtra and Goa, Mumbai, New Delhi and Tamil Nadu the network actively contributes to a fair and sustainable global development. Together, the network has arranged numerous alumni activities online and all over India, focusing on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. The network activities have this year reached and engaged close to 4,000 people, not only SI and Sweden alumni but also local authorities, nongovernmental organisations, companies, school children and the general public.
The close collaboration between the network chapters and the Embassy of Sweden in New Delhi, the Consulate-General in Mumbai as well as Business Sweden has contributed to the constructive development of the alumni activities and has contributed to strengthening the positioning of the network.
Since the start in 2018, the network has functioned as a platform for engaging Sweden and SI alumni members.
