Current public procurements

The Swedish institute is a government agency with head office in Stockholm and an additional office in Paris, France. The procurement team at SI coordinates the procurement processes including long term framework agreements.
Visual teamwork

Procurement at SI includes goods and services in a number of areas related to the agency’s mission, i.e.; consultancy services for leadership programs, IT services, web- and digital solutions, analytical services, information- and communication material and services. For more information about SI’s mission (link). Procurement is mainly based on SI’s own framework agreements and agreements provided by the National Procurement Services.

As a governmental agency SI is subject to follow the Public Procurement Act and EU regulations. A regulatory framework is in place to ensure that public funds are used effectively by ensuring a competitive procurement process.

Tendsign is SI’s procurement system where you will find information related to a specific procurement process, additional information, clarifications, as well as a questions and answer section. To access the information please create an account which allows you to log-in to the system.  Access to the system is free of charge to vendors.
