This activity is organised by the Sweden Alumni Network Nepal and is open to students going to Sweden.
If you are a student who has been selected to go to Sweden for an academic programme in 2022, this event is for you. You can attend this event regardless of your scholarship status or where you are in the visa application process. The only requirement is that you have to have been offered a place to study at a Swedish University and you must have the intentions to go to Sweden.

– What to/not to pack (10 mins)
– How to manage finances/transfer (10 mins)
– Practical suggestions upon arrival (registration to the tax office, personal number, bank account, bank ID etc.) (15 mins)
– Living in Sweden (Swedish lifestyle, Fika, Personal Space, Weather) (10 mins)
– Introduction to the digital Sweden (skanetrafikan, bank ID, mecenat, swish, SJ etc.) (15 mins)
– Introduction to Alumni Association Network Nepal and its activities (5 mins)
– Q and A session (15 mins)
– Closing and Vote of Thanks (5 mins)
– Dinner and Networking (60 mins)
Total: 2 hours and 55 minutes.
