NFGL Gothenburg – The Lean Process

This event is organised by the SI Network for Future Global Leaders (NFGL) Local Network in Gothenburg.
The Uddevalla Bridge, enveloped in fog.

We are glad to let you know that, the Swedish Institute Network for Future Global Leaders (NFGL) Local Network in Gothenburg is organising a lecture on the Lean Process on 9 April 2018.

Lean Construction is a hot topic these years, and often misunderstood as a way to save money or reduce number of staff. Therefore, Lean has become a scary concept that creates insecurity regarding how a company will survive a Lean turnaround.Conversely, cut to the bone Lean construction is about creating value and having respect for people and their competences, so what is there to be scared of?

If you are interested in understanding more about the challenges regarding Lean construction implementation in the Swedish construction industry, come and listen to an inspirational talk given by Janni Tjell, Lean specialist at NCC and former teacher of Chalmers Lean construction course. The event is open to all students.
