Coaching and mentoring skills are a “must” to become a valued leader. By using these skills a leader can help people learn about themselves and empower them to take responsibility for their own learning and development. Emotional intelligence is the critical leadership competency, which often serves as a line that separates a “boss” from a true leader. Emotional intelligence affects how we manage behavior, navigate social complexities and make personal decisions that achieve positive results. It is the number-one predictor of professional success and personal excellence. During this seminar the participants will get better understanding of and improve their coaching and mentoring skills and emotional intelligence. This seminar is open for both SI scholars and non-scholar students.
