This activity is organised by Sweden Alumni Network Serbia and is open to Sweden alumni and partners.
The Kick-off event and a working dinner for 15 SANS members and members of the partner organisation, who expressed interest and motivation and who are considered to be active both this year through the project participation/implementation and next year through work in the Board and taking responsibility for network management in the future.
Programme
– Introductory Speech (Introduction to the SI Alumni life), Milan Stojanovic.
– Introduction to each other in person.
– Be Part of Nature – a traditional project, Milan Stojanovic.
– Project proposals of the network members (SANS Annual Plan).
– Statut adaptation.
– Networking / Team-building.
– Dinner in a restaurant (with live Serbian traditional music 🙂 ).
Expected outcomes:
– Personal acquaintance and networking of network members.
– Introducing network members to the partner organization.
– Takeover of good practices and experiences from previous activities of the Sweden Alumni Network Western Balkans (SANWB).
– Adoption of the Annual Action Plan.
– Adoption of the Network Statute.
