SI conducts leadership programmes for decision makers and opinion makers in our partner countries. The goal is to strengthen the work of sustainable development in the participants' own countries and create important relationships for Sweden.

32 leaders within trade, industry and the public sector from Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia are participating in this year’s Swedish Institute Management Programme (SIMP) Africa.

SIMP is an engaging programme on how to lead change for responsible leadership and sustainable business. The programme offers innovative, creative and interactive solutions on how the participants from a variety of countries can acquire new knowledge and skills and build relationships digitally.

SIMP Africa consists of three modules, the first starting online in June and the last module taking place in February 2023.
