2. Beach Plogging
Introduction: Have you ever tried plogging before?
Plogging means jogging and picking trash – an initiative from Sweden aiming at creating positive changes towards our environement and our lifestyle. Plogging is also a great way of doing exercise that is very environment-friendly. Plogging has been practicing in more than 40 countries around the world, including Viet Nam.
Plogging is an amazing initiative that suit everybody and it will be even more fun if you plog in group. Our Beach Plogging encourages children and families to join us together to experience a simple and meaningful way of exercise, with lots of fun activities and tips on sustainable travel.
