Sweden Talks

Swedish Institute presents Sweden Talks, a webinar series with conversations on the most exciting and current topics related to Sweden, exclusively for our alumni and connectors. On this page you can read about and register for all upcoming Sweden Talks.

Sweden Talks is an online forum where alumni meet each other and expert speakers from Sweden to have conversations on current and important topics. The Sweden Talks are open for all Sweden alumni and connectors – this is an offer for those of you who have studied in Sweden, participated in any of the Swedish Institute Leadership Programmes or have other relevant relation to Sweden alumni. It is a way for you to stay up-to-date with what’s happening in Sweden and also a way for us to stay in touch with you.

A typical Sweden Talk offers you a 30-minute presentation by a Swedish guest expert and after the presentation you will be able to engage in conversations with alumni from all over the world and with our expert. A Sweden Talk is never longer than 60 minutes and you can join in from wherever you are.

We also offer Sweden Talks Masterclass – an opportunity to gain in-depth insights during a 90-minute interactive format, held in two sessions. The Masterclass has a limited number of spots, so make sure to register in time.

Coming: Sweden Talks 22 May
Join the first Sweden Talks outdoors! Biologist Per Bengtson will take us out into the sprouting spring in Sweden, to explore some of the functions we all depend on. Biodiversity is not only the colourful mosaic of meadow flowers and butterflies, but also a base for our existence. Per will give examples that bridge the natural environment to our modern world and businesses.
