The network is awarded for their active contribution to a fair and sustainable global development and a more inclusive society. With creativity and a strong “global-local” perspective the newly started alumni network has actively inspired, engaged and motivated alumni, partnering organisations and the general public by its many and various alumni activities. They have held sessions on waste management, gender and climate, organised a plogging and a mini forestation program, as well as send-offs and study in Sweden activities.
