“ACT- Addressing Corruption Together” brings together 30 changemakers from the legal community in Moldova and Ukraine to generate innovative approaches to tackling endemic corruption in their countries aligned with EU approximation and applying a human rights-based approach. ACT participants will take part in a series of online meetings and in-person workshops and peer-to-peer exchanges with legal professionals from Sweden and other EU countries. Their new knowledge will enable them to improve the implementation of policy and legislative documents and devise toolkits/educational programmes for their peers. It will also help them to raise awareness of the relevant issues in partnership with other actors such as civil society, academia, and other justice-sector practitioners. ACT aims to build and improve Moldovan and Ukrainian legal professionals’ capacity to prevent and combat corruption and promote a culture of integrity in cooperation with other stakeholders and internationally.
