The aim of the project is to establish a cooperative One Health network in the Black Sea region focusing on improving capacity for the study of transboundary avian diseases in wild birds.
In this project the overarching question is how we as society can meet cross-border challenges imposed by animal diseases. The project focuses on avian diseases, bringing together ornithologists, veterinarians, and disease ecologists to a capacity building initiative involving both institutions and NGOs.
The cooperation includes the expansion of the network and preparation of materials for future digital teaching.
