The aim of this project is to implement a training programme for a new generation of Ukrainian lawyers so that they develop an understanding of the legal functioning of European Union, its institutions and legal framework.
In June 2022, the European Council granted Ukraine the status of a candidate for accession to the EU. The new status quo of the European perspective for Ukraine has created a set of demands. The key demand for a thriving European Ukraine is a multitude of all-encompassing reforms.
The project will provide Ukrainian law students an extensive comprehension of EU law and human rights while also fostering the exchange of experiences. In addition to achieving these outcomes, the project seeks to serve as a foundational platform for heightened collaboration among academic institutions in the Baltic and Black Sea region.
