BOWA: Explore female artists from Belarus

The project includes online meetings, workshops, lectures and public presentations, where the Belarusian and Swedish colleagues discuss strategies for bringing visibility to female artists using digital means in the pandemic context. A series of podcasts and a book project will be a result of the collaboration. Female artists from Sweden will be invited to contribute to a book project about outstanding women in the history of Belarus. The Belarusian female artists and the Swedish experts will meet during a residency trip to Turkey, where the Swedish experts will introduce tools and methods how to tackle gender issues bringing Belarusian and Turkish artists and art students in a dialogue.
