This project aims to strengthen the capacity for remote work in higher education institutions, focusing on Ukraine and its current situation following the Covid pandemic and the Russian invasion.
Within the project, an online course will be developed and tested, focusing on remote academic work and communication skills. This also includes establishing a platform for experience-sharing, and workshops on well-being in remote work during crisis, management of remote work, among other topics. Best practices from the Ukrainian environment will also be valuable for the Swedish academic environment. Furthermore, the project will contribute to research, serving to theory development in the field of crisis management, remote work and educational sciences.
