The project aims to co-create a complementary non-formal methodology for young people that integrates entrepreneurship education, self-leadership, and creative expression. The method derives its framework from the expertise of the three project partners.
Young people live in a brittle, anxious, nonlinear, and incomprehensible world, where the rules
from their parent’s generation do not apply anymore. This new reality holds promise and peril. On
one hand, young people can gain knowledge fast and extensively. While, on the other hand, they also
lack awareness and tools to handle the complexities of the large amount of information that they
access. This double-edged sword has generated both opportunities and challenges, such as an
increase in mental health issues, a sense of frustration with politics or the ability to voice out ideas through hyper-connectivity and the rise of entrepreneurial ambitions.
In its initial phase, the project will focus on synergising, developing, and testing the fused method. It will do so through onsite meetings, stakeholder feedback and piloting of the initial workshop models. Furthermore, the partners will set in motion an action plan that pinpoints long-term opportunities that will catalyse the partnership towards long-term cooperation.
