While CSOs in Zambia enjoy freedom to operate, inadequate capacities make it hard for them to come together, mobilize and speak with one voice. The project will form a coalition of change agents from women- and youth-led CSOs. Through targeted trainings the coalition will be enabled to develop an action plan for the most prioritized policies to advance women’s political participation and lobby decision makers for implementation.
