This project aims to enhance the capacities and skills of the human capital of trades unions in Albania so they can better serve their purpose of protecting the rights of workers. This will be done through workshops focused on leadership skills development, a study-visit in Sweden and an interactive campaign in person and online to promote solidarity among unions and across society.
