For years, Georgian democracy has been facing increasing challenges, from human rights abuses to surveillance concerns. Civil society actors have often suffered from government abuse and the gradually shrinking operational space, and require support to withstand the pressure and to advocate for good governance in Georgia. To this end, the project aims to improve the capacity of civil society and the media, in digital safety and advocacy tools. Through a series of need-based capacity-building activities, they will be better equipped to protect themselves and their work and advocate for improved governance and human rights protection in Georgia.
