Over one million people joined the Ukrainian army after the Russian invasion. Many of them are volunteers with limited military training. Professional and non-professional military staff alike require education in human rights and humanitarian law. The project shall develop a curriculum to better equip the military to deal with the complex demands they face when fighting for their country while also respecting and protecting human rights.
