This project is a creative, three-part workshop for female directors of documentary film.

It features watching and discussing films, giving feedback on own documentary projects, practical exercises and building a network for the future. This will be beneficial for the projects, the individual directors, and, in the long term, also for gender equality in the film industry, as well as the international potential of films and filmmakers from the region.
