After a successful piloting of the Popkollo concept in Moldova we understood that women’s empowerment though music is an efficient tool in the Moldavian context. We want to support the creation and empowerment of a formal grassroots group of women musicians who will be able to continue to organise Popkollo type camps (music camps) in Moldova when the project has finished.
