The project will address the societal challenge of maintaining active and healthy aging while safeguarding work ability. The project marks the first step to form a platform for cross-sectoral cooperation between stakeholders in the Baltic Sea region to tackle health, education and working life challenges outlined in the action plan of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR).
The project has four phases: the project will embark on developing a methodology and model for stakeholder mapping and analysis, along with defining the most effective process for transnational, multi-level cross-sectoral cooperation. This includes identifying relevant stakeholders within the EUSBSR countries and beyond. Through a comprehensive stakeholder analysis, the project partners will assess the potential contributions of stakeholders, and the added value they will gain from cooperation. The project finalises by drawing up an application for further funding for the launch of the cooperation platform.
