Expanding Social Infrastructure through Artistic Experimentation

The local problem that the project wants to address is the lack of social infrastructure in Kosovo, defined as public spaces with no barriers to entry, where residents from diverse communities can gather to express themselves and learn about their fellow residents’ experiences and aspirations. The project will build the capacities of artists and cultural workers who share a commitment to expanding social infrastructure, both in terms of placemaking and increasing accessibility. It will do so through knowledge exchange between two grassroots organizations and two mentorship residencies for Kosovan agents of change.
