The project will identify problems in gender equality in Belarusian academic institutions, in particular the art-graphic faculty at Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov.

Through lectures, workshops, discussions and field visits, the project aims to generate discussion groups at the Belarusian university which will form the embryo of sustainable action on gender equality and discrimination, both at the university and in the wider society.
