The objectives of the project are to promote an open “European dialogue” in a country that is in many ways closed and apart from the process of European integration.
This will be achieved by developing new channels of communication, developing international networks and partnerships. The expected results are the creation of a stronger European network which will include organizations and actors of change from Belarus; introducing European issues and topics to Belarus and encouraging Belarus civil society to take part in the on-going debate.
