This programme focuses on preparing young women from Morocco to become leaders in the transition to a sustainable society. Through this programme, the participants will learn valuable skills about environmental issues and leadership through workshops, role play, communication/media and interactions with experts in the field of environment, as well as female leaders.
The programme will start with a digital introduction, followed by a trip to Sweden, where the participants will visit sites, meet valuable connections and learn about topics like waste management, water and energy. The academy ends with the participants sharing their knowledge in their community. This final project should be a piece of art or media connected to sustainability that can be shared in the local community or broader.
