By combining the existing program for child protection and ECCD (Early Childhood Care Development) carried out by Plan Uganda and Plan Sweden with recreational and creative activities by Clowns without Borders it is our aim to contribute to the protection and promotion of children’s rights among the South Sudanese living in refugee settlement camps in Adjumani District, Western Nile Region of Uganda.
