The project ‘Media meets UNSCR 1325 in Amed’ will explore and contribute to cooperation between Operation 1325 and the women’s peace organisation in Amed. The aim is to explore meeting points for increased §1325 implementation in the area and develop a joint project together with a local media network. Taking context-bound challenges and opportunities into consideration, KJA will build capacity to work creatively to implement resolution 1325 in the Amed region. Shared forums for interaction between media and women groups will be explored.
